Yes, the Product Models Revit ZIP files contain individual Revit families and associated type catalog text files for selecting the product types you want to work with. When loading the family components, you can select a few type sizes or all of them.
-
The Revit family files have been converted to Revit Architecture 2020. Families can be loaded into Revit 2020 or newer. If you need families for prior versions, email cadpack@hermanmiller.com.
-
Material JPGs loaded into a family are delivered with the product category ZIP file to be easily re-associated. Additionally, two image sizes are offered for tiled material JPG files: T20 and T150 for pixel size. Save the material ZIP file to your local drive or network. When in a project file, reload the JPG file for each material.

Yes. First, use Catalog Update to install Family Catalogs to a computer’s local drive. To keep families in catalogs up-to-date, run Catalog Update monthly.
Next, copy the Family Catalogs from the local directory C:\ProgramData\HMI\HMI Revit\Library\Revit version to a server location. Copy all families to the server after each monthly update.
Lastly, change the directory path. In Revit, open a project file, select FM icon, select Utilities pulldown, and Browse Family Path, and browse to server location.

You can run Catalog Update from the CAD Pack Furniture Manager ribbon. This will automatically update your software. Or, you can download it manually.

If a family doesn’t exist in the FM Specifier, you can use Insert CAD. This will allow you to choose a block, enter the information needed, and create a family using the AutoCAD block.
If you have CAD Pack for AutoCAD loaded, you will also be able to browse the CAD Pack Product Catalog from within the Insert CAD Dialog, choose an item, and create a family to place.
Information and Video Tutorials about this program can be found in Help on the CAD Pack Furniture Manager ribbon.
